A payment of 25% is required to secure the booking and the outstanding balance is required six weeks prior to the arrival date.
If the booking is made within the six weeks, the full amount is payable on the booking.

Cancellation by guests:
Please inform the owner as soon as possible
If only the deposit has been paid and the accommodation can be re-let the deposit will be refunded, otherwise if the accommodation cannot be re-let the deposit will not be refunded.
Late Cancellation (six weeks or less before the booking date).
If the final amount has been paid, the owner will try and re-let the accommodation and if can do so, will refund the full amount, except for the deposit. If unable to re-let the accommodation the owners will refund half of the amount paid, not including the deposit.
Guests may consider taking out holiday insurance against such an eventuality.
Cancellation by the owner:
If the owner has to cancel a booking due to an unseen problem e.g. plumbing disaster, the full amount paid for the holiday will be refunded.
The maximum number of occupants that can be accommodated:
Bach - Sleeps two: 1 x Double Bed. A sofa bed in the living room can provide for an additional person.
Mawr - Sleeps three: 1 x Double bed and 1 x single bed. A sofa bed in the living area can provide for an additional person.
The maximum number of people for the accommodation should not be exceeded during the stay.
Fridays are the preferred weekly change over days, but this is flexible and should be negotiated with the owner to meet requirements.
The keys to the accommodation are the responsibility of the guests during their stay and they will be liable for the replacement of lost keys.
It is the guests’ responsibility for taking care of possessions during their stay and for leaving the property in a clean condition on departure.
All of the accommodation in non-smoking.
Parking space is provided at each of the properties.
Please note: No responsibility can be accepted for personal possessions in the properties or for vehicles parked at the properties.
Arrival and Departure Times:
The earliest arrival time is 3.30pm
The latest departure time is 10.30am.
Breakages and Damages Policy
Guests are liable to pay for any damage or breakages which are not caused by general wear and tear. Guests are also requested to report any breakages or damage to the owner as soon as possible.
If a special requirement is requested e.g. the use of cot and highchair, this needs to be specified at the time of booking.
A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Please note no linen is supplied for cots.
Assistance and guide dogs are welcome.
Up to two well behaved pet dogs are welcome to stay in each Bach and Mawr.
Owners of dogs staying need to be aware that:
Tybach is a working sheep farm and there are many sheep in the area.
Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms and should be kept off the furniture.
The owners are responsible for their dog/s’ behaviour and for cleaning up after their dog/s.
The owners will be responsible financially for any damage caused by their dog/s.
The dog/s should not be left unattended in the accommodation.
Important information regarding Corona virus/ Covid-19 pandemic and Bach and Mawr Holiday Cottages:
Full refund given if cancellation is due to government Covid-19 rules/ guidelines.
The cottages are comprehensively deep cleaned and disinfected between lets, so there is a change to arrival and departure times: 9.30am departure/ 5.30pm arrival.
‘Cleaning Protocols for Wales Self-Catering Properties and Short-Term Lets in the Context of Covid-19’ are followed.
